I finally did it…after months of longing to make the plunge, I bought my new camera. Thanks to Aaron for your suggestion, I did buy the camera you suggested and I love it!
To try it out, I took pictures of what I thought would be the last snowfall in Minneapolis of the season. Perhaps this will somehow counteract the forecast for 8-10 more inches of snow tonight…we’ll see.

what kind of camera did you purchase? i’m always in the market for a new camera purchase….
I just recently got a digital SLR (Nikon D40), but I also have a point and shoot digital that I love (Canon PowerShot). The Canon is the camera I took to Uruguay with me and all the pictures from S.A. were taken with it.
The D40 is a lot of fun, can’t wait to see more photos from it! Good to see you this evening with Ed, etc.!
