About Me
A little information about me…I started Camacho Watcho in August 2007 as a way to keep in touch with friends and family while working in Uruguay for three months. Little did I know that I would enjoy the creative outlet of writing a blog so much!
Why the name Camacho Watcho?
I wanted the name of my blog to reflect who I am as a person and how my background has influenced how I experience things. Camacho is my maiden name. I’m a Camacho at heart and my family is with me in everything I do.
What do I like to write about?
After working in the corporate world for eight years, I decided to make a life change to explore my life’s passions. For me, this includes spending time with my friends and family, food (both cooking and dining out), photography, writing, reading and travel. My blog reflects my interests in all of these areas, with a heavy emphasis on food (if you haven’t noticed).
